Whether it be curating customer experiences in the service industry, creating itineraries and guide plans for wilderness expeditions in the North Woods, or rewriting corporate training curriculum, I’ve been designing in various forms for nearly 20 years.

My approach in all of these aspects is reflected in empathy in leadership, and my drive to understanding by building earnest connection with everyone that I work with.
